Job Title: Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Associate to join a leading entertainment company in Dubai. This position is exclusively open to UAE Nationals with a Family Book and offers a hybrid working model (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the voice of the brand, handling customer inquiries, feedback, and reservations across multiple platforms. Your role is vital in ensuring a seamless customer experience and building long-lasting relationships with both B2B and B2C clients.

Position Details:

  • Position Title: Customer Service Associate – Emiratization

  • Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 days remote)

  • Salary: Up to 10,000 AED all-inclusive (based on experience & qualifications)

  • Location: Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries, suggestions, complaints, and feedback via email, phone, and social media channels.

  • Take ownership of customer concerns to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service across all touchpoints.

  • Make reservations for B2B and B2C clients based on specific requirements via phone or email.

  • Foster positive customer relationships to enhance brand loyalty and drive positive online engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Open to UAE Nationals with Family Book only.

  • Preferably with experience in hotels, travel & tourism, restaurants, or theme park ticketing.

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Arabic and English.

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply—training will be provided.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset.
