Job Title: Customer Relationship Management Manager
Job Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Management Manager (CRM) to lead and execute customer engagement, lifecycle management, and marketing automation strategies. This role involves managing direct customer communications, optimizing CRM campaigns, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to enhance customer retention and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 CRM Campaign Execution & Management
- Plan and execute customer lifecycle communication strategies across multiple channels.
- Manage CRM campaign calendars (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual) to ensure consistent customer engagement.
- Oversee and optimize direct customer communications and automations.
🔹 Customer Engagement & Retention
- Perform customer segmentation to drive engagement and maximize conversions.
- Implement A/B testing to enhance content effectiveness and campaign performance.
- Develop a long-term CRM vision and roadmap based on customer insights and behavioral data.
🔹 Data Analysis & Performance Optimization
- Define and track CRM key performance indicators (KPIs) in collaboration with analytics teams.
- Measure and report on the performance of CRM campaigns, assessing them against business goals.
- Identify growth opportunities through continuous campaign analysis.
🔹 CRM Strategy & Innovation
- Utilize marketing automation platforms to drive personalized customer experiences.
- Ensure CRM operational efficiency to support future scalability and growth.
- Map customer journeys to identify new engagement opportunities.
Required Skills & Competencies:
✔ CRM & Digital Marketing Expertise:
- Proven experience in CRM campaign management and marketing automation.
- Strong background in customer lifecycle management and retention strategies.
✔ Analytical & Data-Driven Approach:
- Experience with A/B testing, customer segmentation, and performance tracking.
- Proficiency in BI tools and CRM analytics for reporting and insights.
✔ Strategic & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Ability to work with multiple teams, including marketing, sales, and analytics.
- Strong communication skills to engage internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience:
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
📅 Experience:
- 5-7 years of experience in digital CRM and customer lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience in marketing automation platforms and reporting tools (BI, CRM analytics, etc.).
- Certification in Email & CRM Marketing (preferred).
