Casinetto, a leading B2B and B2C foodservice distributor in the UAE, is looking for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist to enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty. The ideal candidate will develop data-driven CRM strategies, manage targeted marketing campaigns, and optimize customer lifecycle management to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

📌 Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

  • Manage and optimize the CRM database, ensuring data accuracy and segmentation.

  • Develop and execute personalized marketing campaigns via email, SMS, WhatsApp, and in-app messaging.

  • Implement email automation strategies for customer retention and win-back campaigns.

  • Analyze customer lifecycle data to drive retention and re-engagement strategies.

  • Track and optimize CRM performance metrics (open rates, conversions, churn reduction, etc.).

🎯 Customer Retention & Loyalty Strategies

  • Design and manage data-driven customer loyalty programs to boost repeat purchases.

  • Identify at-risk customers and implement reactivation initiatives.

  • Develop upsell and cross-sell campaigns to enhance customer lifetime value (CLTV).

  • Ensure seamless omnichannel experiences across all customer touchpoints.

📊 Data-Driven Insights & Reporting

  • Use CRM tools and analytics platforms to monitor customer engagement trends.

  • Provide strategic recommendations to enhance customer relationships and reduce churn.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer retention and loyalty.

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align CRM strategies with business goals.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Experience:

  • 3+ years in CRM management, customer engagement, or loyalty marketing.

  • UAE experience is a must.
    Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM & email marketing tools.

  • Expertise in email automation, segmentation, and retention strategies.

  • Experience in WhatsApp marketing and omnichannel customer engagement.

  • Excellent communication and strategic planning abilities.

  • Knowledge of B2B and B2C customer engagement best practices.
