fäm Properties Dubai is seeking a highly motivated and skilled CRM Manager to lead the customer relationship management strategy. This role focuses on customer retention, engagement, and business growth, working across teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
📊 Develop & implement CRM strategy to enhance customer loyalty and lifetime value.
📢 Plan and execute CRM campaigns across multiple channels (email, SMS, social media, push notifications).
🔍 Customer segmentation & personalization to deliver targeted messaging and experiences.
📈 Analyze customer data & campaign performance to optimize strategies.
🤝 Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to align CRM efforts with business objectives.
⚙️ Manage and optimize CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
🗣 Gather customer feedback to improve customer engagement and satisfaction.
🚀 Stay updated with CRM trends and technologies for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
✔ 3-5 years of experience in CRM management (preferably in B2B or B2C environments).
✔ Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics).
✔ Experience in marketing automation, data analytics, and reporting.
✔ Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
✔ Ability to work across teams and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
