Ithara.ae, a leading UAE-based experience gift platform, is looking for a Customer Happiness Representative (Part-time) to join their mission of helping people collect memories instead of material things. This hybrid role requires working 2 days a week, with the possibility of growing into a full-time position within 6–12 months. The successful candidate will be the face and voice of the brand, providing outstanding customer service, managing bookings, and ensuring every interaction leaves customers delighted.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp, ensuring prompt and friendly service.

Assist customers with purchasing, redeeming, and exchanging vouchers.

Promote experiences and gather customer feedback for improvement.

Coordinate with partners to check availability, book experiences, and confirm details.

Handle physical gift orders and arrange courier deliveries.

Support various tasks to enhance customer experience and team operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Based in Dubai with own residence visa (mandatory).

Proven customer service experience.

Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable to shifting schedules.

Comfortable using tools like ChatGPT.

Passion for creating memorable customer experiences.
