Job Title: Customer Experience Specialist 

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Experience Specialist to deliver an immersive, educational, and memorable journey for customers exploring electric mobility vehicles in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will guide potential buyers through every stage of their experience — from test drives to vehicle handovers — ensuring they are fully prepared for their future with electric vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver premium, tailored customer experiences including vehicle setup, feature walkthroughs, and Q&A sessions on electric mobility

• Conduct structured test drives, capturing customer data and feedback

• Support the sales team in achieving monthly sales and trade-in targets

• Prepare vehicles in line with BYD standards and ensure flawless handovers to customers

• Welcome and engage with all showroom visitors (walk-ins, calls, web leads)

• Generate effective referrals to showroom managers to enhance customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Score (NPS)

• Complete all mandatory training requirements set by Al-Futtaim and OEM partners

• Stay updated on competitor activities to address customer queries and objections effectively

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience in premium or luxury automotive retail, working with high-end clients

• Strong communication and customer service skills with a focus on premium experiences

• Ability to resolve customer queries with efficiency and professionalism

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage

• Valid UAE driver’s license required
