Customer Experience Executive – Dubai Mall
Hermès Dubai , UAE

Hermès is looking for a Customer Experience Executive to join our team at Dubai Mall. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires a detail-oriented individual who excels at customer service and has a strong background in cash handling. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service, managing daily till operations, and ensuring an organized and welcoming environment for customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers upon arrival, including answering phone calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate department.

  • Assist customers with routine billing questions and issues.

  • Help in the opening and closing of the store, including cash handling and deposits.

  • Maintain and process all necessary paperwork and records.

  • Manage daily till procedures (cash, deposits) and ensure all transactions are accurate.

  • Handle goods and deliver them to clients with care and attention.

  • Optimize greeting practices and ensure a warm and professional interaction at the end of every sales transaction.

  • Train and guide junior cashiers, setting the standard for customer service excellence.

  • Process payments via cash, cheques, wire transfers, and credit cards, adhering to established procedures.

  • Keep the register and counter areas neat and fully stocked with necessary supplies.

  • Identify product prices using memory or a scanner and provide customers with their total bills.

  • Sort and count currency, coins, and issue receipts and change to customers.

  • Perform cash count at the start and end of each shift.

  • Assist in stocking shelves, rotating merchandise, and ensuring all products are marked correctly.

  • Perform customer service duties as required, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.

Requirements:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Detail-oriented with strong observational abilities.

  • Ability to multitask efficiently.

  • Strong mathematical skills.

  • Previous cash handling experience is preferred.

  • Proven background in customer service.

  • Professional demeanor and behavior.
