This is a customer-facing role perfect for someone energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about creating unforgettable experiences. You’ll handle safety equipment, give orientations, resolve queries, and play a vital role in representing XDubai’s high standards and adventurous brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out opening and closing duties of the XDubai Edgewalk facility.

• Supervise assigned guest groups and ensure smooth tour progression.

• Properly fit harnesses and helmets, and oversee usage of all safety gear.

• Deliver pre-tour safety orientations and briefings.

• Engage customers with enthusiasm, ensuring each experience is memorable.

• Address customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.

• Maintain and update filing systems for sales and memberships.

• Handle existing reservations, including upgrades, modifications, and payments.

• Promote current offers and XDubai promotions.

• Assist in general upkeep of the attraction and collaborate on special events.

• Perform other duties as needed by management.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• At least 3 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred.

• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

• Passion for outdoor activities and delivering excellent guest experiences.
