Emirates NBD is seeking a Customer Care Officer (Arabic Speaker) to provide excellent customer service and support for prospective and existing clients. The role involves assisting with account opening/closing, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, ensuring compliance, and maintaining high-quality service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with account opening forms and verify supporting documents.

• Confirm receipt of applications and follow up on missing or incorrect information.

• Submit validated documents for brokerage account opening.

• Handle inquiries on products, processes, and online trading platforms.

• Support clients with online trading systems and resolve complaints efficiently.

• Process account openings, closures, and setup in relevant trading systems (DFM, ADX, NASDAQ, DGCX).

• Verify documents for online trading and RSA Token issuance.

• Manage client stock transfers and ensure accuracy in documentation.

• Provide Statements of Account and update clients on regulatory/process changes.

• Ensure compliance with documentation standards and escalate discrepancies when necessary.

• Resolve customer issues within agreed timelines.

• Support ongoing promotions, projects, and brokers in handling client queries.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, banking, or financial services (brokerage experience is a plus).

• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English (mandatory).

• Knowledge of brokerage functions, trading platforms, and related products.

• Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.

• Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving ability.
