• Elastic, the Search AI Company, is seeking a Customer Architect for their Dubai location. The role focuses on delivering and driving the adoption of Elastic solutions across customer organizations, including Observability, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise Search. As a Customer Architect, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor, working with customers to ensure that Elastic’s solutions exceed expectations. The position involves creating Technical Success Plans, facilitating smooth implementation, and driving ongoing consumption and expansion of Elastic’s services, ultimately contributing to the company’s growth in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the account team, providing ongoing technical support while focusing on customer success.

• Develop Technical Success Plans to align Elastic solutions with customer business goals.

• Drive customer adoption, providing guidance on implementation and eliminating technical friction.

• Promote upselling and expansion of Elastic services to enhance the customer experience.

• Provide hands-on technical expertise to deliver personalized solutions.

• Continuously assess customer needs, suggest product upgrades, and ensure smooth adoption.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.

• Proven experience in roles such as Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or Pre-sales Engineer.

• Hands-on experience with Elastic solutions or similar technologies (e.g., Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana).

• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to lead multiple projects and meet deadlines.
