Connecting Talent is hiring a Customer Acquisition Executive (Hindi Speaker) for a full-time on-site role in Dubai. This position requires UAE-based applicants who can join immediately. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in telesales, customer service, or BPO, with a strong ability to engage clients and drive conversions. You will promote a reputable forex trading platform, assist clients in account setup, and provide outstanding customer support to ensure satisfaction while meeting sales targets.

💰 Compensation & Benefits:

• Basic Salary: AED 3000 per month

• Commission: Attractive sales-based commission structure

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote services and products.

• Demonstrate strong product knowledge to effectively present features and benefits.

• Engage with new leads and convert them into active clients in line with regulations.

• Guide clients through account opening and initial deposit processes.

• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to build long-term client relationships.

Skills & Requirements:

• Must be a fluent Hindi speaker (UAE-based applicants only).

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, telesales, call center, or BPO.

• Knowledge of stock market/forex trading is a strong advantage.

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

• Strong time management, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.

• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills.
