Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Cultural Marketing Specialist to support our marketing and communications efforts, ensuring strategies are data-driven, audience-focused, and creatively impactful. This role plays a vital part in integrating marketing into the planning process from the start, creating highly effective campaigns that resonate across all touchpoints while delivering a positive ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data & Analytics

Analyze raw data to generate actionable insights for decision-making

Monitor competitor activity to guide strategic direction

Assist in developing audience segments based on demographics, location, lifestyle, and behaviors

Visualize customer interactions to enhance brand experience

Use narratives and visualizations to communicate insights

Identify key industry experts and opinion leaders relevant to the brand
2. Strategy & Planning

Assist in developing marketing strategies informed by audience research

Contribute to integrated marketing plans across multiple channels

Help set SMART objectives (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound)
3. Content & Campaign Planning

Draft marketing, communication, and content briefs

Assist in developing creative assets such as imagery, copy, and design elements

Support central campaign idea creation and execution

Ensure creative alignment with brand guidelines and tone of voice

Assist in developing content packs for media and journalists
-
Collaborate in building engaging narratives tailored to target audiences

Support paid media strategies and creative executions
4. Content & Campaign Execution

Help design and implement creative assets across chosen channels

Support tactical execution of campaigns across multiple touchpoints
5. Measurement & Impact

Build dashboards to visualize campaign performance

Measure ROI and assess success using specific KPIs

Suggest improvements based on campaign data

Utilize technology platforms to enhance marketing effectiveness
6. General Duties & Collaboration

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

Strong analytical, creative, and communication skills
