Job Summary:
Join Maids.cc as a Culinary Chef, where you will be responsible for preparing delicious and nutritious meals for a family on a daily basis. You’ll manage all aspects of meal preparation, from planning and shopping to cooking and presenting meals, ensuring top-notch quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

🍳 Meal Preparation & Cooking

• Prepare and cook meals for a family, 6 days a week

• Plan daily menus based on family preferences, dietary restrictions, and allergies

• Shop for fresh ingredients and ensure all meal requirements are met

🧑‍🍳 Kitchen Management & Hygiene

• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized kitchen and meal preparation area

• Adhere to food health and safety regulations to ensure the highest standards of meal quality

💬 Family Collaboration

• Communicate effectively with the family to discuss meal preferences and requirements

• Adapt to the family’s specific needs, including any special diets

Working Conditions:

• Working Days: 6 days per week

• Working Hours: 12 hours per day

• Role Focus: Cooking for a private family

Requirements:

• Training: Formal culinary training is a must

• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is highly valued

• Skills: Proficiency with a variety of cooking techniques and tools

• Culinary Knowledge: Ability to create high-quality dishes from various global cuisines

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: AED 4,000 to AED 5,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)
