This role is ideal for a CRM expert who thrives on data-driven marketing, automation, and customer personalization while ensuring seamless brand engagement across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM Strategy & Execution:

Develop and implement a customer engagement strategy to increase retention and lifetime value.

Lead the end-to-end execution of CRM campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and personalization.

Work closely with Creative, Ops, and Tech teams to ensure a unified customer experience.
Customer Segmentation & Personalization:

Utilize data insights to define and refine customer segments for targeted messaging.

Implement AI-driven personalization strategies to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
Lifecycle & Loyalty Programs:

Design and optimize customer lifecycle programs to nurture engagement at every touchpoint.

Manage and enhance loyalty programs that encourage repeat purchases and brand advocacy.
Performance Analysis & Optimization:

Track, analyze, and report on CRM campaign performance, identifying key opportunities for optimization.

Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to improve customer interactions and conversion rates.

Ensure seamless integration of CRM tools with other marketing platforms.
Compliance & Best Practices:

Ensure data privacy compliance and adherence to industry best practices.

Stay ahead of CRM innovations and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
What You Need to Succeed:
✅ Proven experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or retention marketing in a lead/managerial role.
✅ Strong expertise in customer segmentation, personalization, and loyalty strategies.
✅ Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
✅ Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
✅ Excellent communication and leadership abilities to collaborate across teams.
✅ E-commerce, fashion, or subscription-based experience is a plus.
