Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service in a clean and safe environment, resolving basic queries and escalating complex issues to managers.

• Perform various roles in the restaurant including Grill, Fries, Hospitality, Expo, Cashier, Preparation, Buns, and Dressing.

• Adhere to Five Guys brand standards and complete training through Five Guys University courses.

• Support restaurant goals by contributing to sales, customer satisfaction, and operational targets.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in operational and kitchen areas, including restocking workstations, restrooms, and terrace upkeep.

• Follow hygiene, food safety, and sanitation protocols at all times.

• Handle cash register transactions accurately while maintaining control of company assets.

• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a service crew member or in a similar customer-facing role.

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Commitment to cleanliness, punctuality, and grooming standards.

• Basic cash handling skills with attention to accuracy.

• Team-oriented attitude with flexibility to perform different restaurant roles.
