Cinnabon, part of Cravia Inc’s portfolio of world-class F&B brands, is seeking a Crew Member to deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a memorable Cinnabon experience. The role involves preparing and serving menu items, maintaining hygiene standards, and contributing to smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service.

• Prepare, assemble, and serve Cinnabon menu items according to brand standards.

• Operate POS system accurately, handle cash/card transactions, and process orders.

• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen in line with hygiene standards.

• Support in receiving, storing, and rotating stock (FIFO).

• Follow food safety, health, and sanitation guidelines consistently.

• Assist team members and contribute to smooth daily operations.

• Uphold brand image through teamwork, professionalism, and customer care.

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused personality.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene (advantage).

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of F&B experience.
