Shamal Holding, a diversified global investment firm and the proud operator of Five Guys UAE, is hiring Crew Members for its Al Jada, Sharjah branch. The role requires delivering excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness and safety, and supporting restaurant operations across various areas including Grill, Fries, Cashier, Hospitality, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver top-quality customer service and resolve basic queries, escalating complex issues to managers.

• Work across multiple restaurant stations (Grill, Fries, Cashier, Hospitality, Preparation, Dressings).

• Follow Five Guys brand standards and complete training modules via Five Guys University.

• Contribute to achieving restaurant goals and targets.

• Maintain cleanliness in operational areas, restrooms, terrace, and customer spaces.

• Handle cash register transactions accurately and safeguard company assets.

• Follow company grooming, punctuality, food safety, and hygiene standards.

• Collaborate as part of the team and assist co-workers when needed.

• Perform additional duties assigned by management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a service crew or in a similar customer service role.

• Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
