Position: Credit Risk Analyst
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 20,000 per month (inclusive) + visa & medical insurance

Join a leading financial institution as a Credit Risk Analyst, where you’ll play a pivotal role in structuring and assessing credit facilities to support the bank’s commercial growth while ensuring sound risk management. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with Relationship Managers and Credit teams to optimize credit decisions and deliver exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Credit Structuring & Analysis

• Collaborate with Relationship Managers to design credit facilities aligned with client needs and internal risk appetite

• Prepare and submit credit proposals, including covenant structuring, financial analysis, and risk grading

• Attend client meetings and provide support on complex transactions

🔹 Risk Monitoring & Portfolio Management

• Monitor financial performance of assigned clients

• Test financial covenants, track risk triggers, and support early warning systems for deteriorating accounts

• Conduct periodic risk reviews and ensure exception reports are resolved

🔹 Credit Administration & Reporting

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date credit files and documentation

• Ensure timely recording of approvals and escalation of risk concerns to relevant forums

• Liaise with internal teams to process credit-related requests and ensure smooth execution

🔹 Client-Focused Service

• Deliver prompt, solution-oriented support to internal and external stakeholders

• Coordinate effectively with Credit, Coverage, and Operations teams for efficient transaction processing

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

• 2+ years’ experience in credit analysis or corporate banking

• Strong skills in financial statement analysis, risk assessment, and credit structuring

• Professional certification (CPA, FRM, CFA, or equivalent) is an advantage

• Familiarity with trade finance and investment banking products

• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
