Job Overview:
We are hiring an experienced Credit Controller to manage our credit and collections function, ensuring timely receivables, minimized risk, and healthy cash flow. You will play a pivotal role in evaluating customer creditworthiness, enforcing company credit policies, and maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring financial stability and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate creditworthiness and establish appropriate credit limits for new and existing customers

• Monitor outstanding receivables and implement collection strategies to reduce overdue accounts

• Develop and enforce effective credit control policies and procedures

• Conduct regular credit reviews and reassess limits based on customer behavior and financial health

• Work closely with sales, finance, and customer service teams to resolve disputes and billing issues

• Maintain accurate credit records, customer profiles, and account reconciliations

• Initiate collection actions, negotiate payment terms, and resolve overdue payment issues

• Generate and present regular reports on accounts receivable, collections status, and credit risk

• Stay current with UAE credit laws and industry best practices

• Provide excellent customer service while balancing business risk and relationship management

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in credit control or accounts receivable roles

• Strong knowledge of credit management practices, policies, and UAE credit regulations

• Proficiency in financial systems and MS Office Suite; experience with credit management tools preferred

• Relevant certifications such as CICM, CCP, or CCCM are an advantage

• Excellent financial analysis, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

• Exceptional attention to detail and high data accuracy

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• UAE driving license is mandatory
