Job Title: Credit Card Sales Executive

Job Description:
We are actively seeking Credit Card Sales Executives to join our growing team in the UAE. The ideal candidates will have a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and the drive to achieve performance targets in a fast-paced financial services environment. Freshers with the right attitude and a strong desire to grow in the banking sector are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively promote and sell credit card products to individual clients across the UAE.

• Generate leads and convert them into successful sales through field visits or telesales.

• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance KPIs.

• Maintain compliance with company policies and UAE banking regulations during sales processes.

• Accurately document and report daily sales performance to the management.

• Build rapport and long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer retention.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum high school diploma; bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Prior sales experience in banking or financial services is a plus.

• Knowledge of credit card products and financial sector compliance is desirable.

• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to thrive in a target-driven and high-pressure environment.

• Must be currently residing in the UAE.

• Age group: 20–35 years

• Preferred Nationalities: Indian, Sri Lankan, Nepalese
