Job Title: Creative Visual Director – Luxury Fashion & Retail

Job Description:

We are looking for a Creative Visual Director to lead and manage the visual identity of a prestigious retail group in Dubai, known for its expanding portfolio of luxury and premium fashion brands. This role will oversee the visual presentation of retail spaces, e-commerce imagery, and brand storytelling, ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand image.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the visual presentation of all retail spaces, ensuring an elegant and trend-driven customer experience.

• Collaborate with marketing teams to align visual imagery with seasonal and promotional campaigns.

• Manage the e-commerce product presentation, ensuring high-quality and consistent styling for online platforms.

• Lead and inspire a team of visual merchandisers, stylists, photographers, and designers.

• Ensure brand consistency across all visual touchpoints, from store displays to online imagery.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
✔ 5+ years of experience in visual merchandising or creative direction, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within luxury or premium fashion brands.
✔ Strong understanding of high-end fashion aesthetics and trends.
✔ Expertise in retail store design, display execution, and e-commerce product styling.
✔ Strong leadership and collaboration skills.

Preferred Candidate:

• Age: 40 years and below

• Industry Experience: Luxury or premium fashion brands
