Prosana, a fast-growing DTC brand in the sleep wellness industry, is looking for a Creative Strategist to shape its marketing vision and lead high-performing advertising campaigns. This role involves data-driven creative strategy, campaign optimization, and content innovation to inspire audiences and drive brand growth. Initially a part-time contractor role, it transitions to full-time after the first month based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

📌 Creative Leadership: Define and execute brand marketing strategies to enhance visibility and engagement.
📌 Data-Driven Insights: Analyze consumer behavior, competitor trends, and performance metrics to create impactful campaigns.
📌 Campaign Development: Lead end-to-end creative workflows, ensuring high-quality ad creatives, video content, and brand messaging.
📌 Content Optimization: Identify winning elements in campaigns and iterate on successful concepts for better performance.
📌 New Product Launches: Develop creative strategies for product introductions, ensuring strong market positioning.
📌 Collaboration & Project Management: Work with designers, video teams, and content creators to deliver high-impact marketing materials.
📌 UGC & Influencer Marketing: Leverage User-Generated Content (UGC) and collaborate with influencers to amplify brand reach.

Qualifications & Experience:

✔ 3+ years of experience in creative strategy for DTC brands.
✔ Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and data-driven creative decision-making.
✔ Proven experience managing creative teams, designers, and content creators.
✔ Ability to translate insights into high-impact ad campaigns across digital platforms.
✔ Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written) for brand storytelling.
✔ Highly organized with strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple campaigns simultaneously.
✔ Portfolio showcasing successful creative campaigns and advertising strategies.
