We are looking for a Filipino florist with a flair for creativity to join our beautiful flower shop in Sharjah – Al Jada. If you love working with flowers and turning them into stunning arrangements, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create unique flower arrangements for events, bouquets, and retail display

• Handle and care for various types of fresh flowers and foliage

• Collaborate with customers to customize arrangements for weddings, birthdays, and other special occasions

• Ensure floral displays are always fresh, well-presented, and stocked

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the flower shop

• Manage floral supplies and assist with basic floral inventory

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in floral design and arrangement

• Strong sense of aesthetic, color harmony, and creativity

• Skilled in bouquet design, centerpieces, and event floral setups

• Knowledge of flower types, seasons, and preservation techniques

• Friendly and professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills

• Must have a valid UAE residency

• Filipino nationality preferred

• Candidates should be based in or willing to relocate to Sharjah
