Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create stunning bouquets in various styles (hand-tied, vase, basket, etc.).

• Arrange customized floral and gift presentations for events, occasions, and special celebrations.

• Wrap gifts creatively and assist in chocolate and hamper arrangements.

• Provide plant care advice and maintain display plants.

• Stay updated with flower types, seasonal varieties, and trending floral design aesthetics.

• Manage flower and gift inventory, ensuring stock is fresh, well-organized, and replenished on time.

• Deliver exceptional customer service, helping clients select suitable floral and gift options.

• Handle high-pressure demands effectively, especially during festive seasons like Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Eid.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a florist.

• Strong creative skills in floral design and gift presentation.

• Knowledge of flower maintenance and event styling.

• Efficient, detail-oriented, and able to work under time constraints.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

• Experience in stock and inventory management is preferred.
