Job Description:
We are hiring a Creative Fine Artist & Large-Format Painter to join our dynamic team in Jebel Ali, Dubai. This full-time role is ideal for a talented and imaginative artist with proven expertise in large-scale artworks, mural painting, and fine art detailing. You’ll play a vital role in translating creative concepts into visually striking pieces using techniques such as airbrushing and hand brushwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce exceptional large-scale artworks on canvas, walls, and other mediums.

• Apply detailed hand-painting and airbrush techniques to achieve high artistic precision.

• Collaborate with designers and clients to interpret creative briefs and deliver customized art pieces.

• Ensure consistency, color accuracy, and adherence to client or brand aesthetics.

• Prepare painting surfaces, select materials, and mix paints suitable for specific environments and finishes.

• Manage project timelines and deliver high-quality outputs within deadlines.

• Communicate with clients and internal teams to refine concepts, provide updates, and incorporate feedback.

• Maintain a professional portfolio and contribute to internal/external showcases of completed work.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as an artistic painter, muralist, or fine artist.

• Mastery in various painting techniques including airbrushing, brush detailing, and large-scale compositions.

• Solid understanding of color theory, composition, and art styles (abstract and realistic).

• A well-presented portfolio demonstrating high-level artistic capabilities.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of craftsmanship and creativity.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Fine Arts, Visual Arts, or related fields.

• Experience in public murals, theatrical set design, commercial installations, or commissioned art projects.

Preferred Candidate:
