Branfluence Marketing Consultancy & Boutique Agency is looking for a Creative Content Specialist to join their growing team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for a fresh graduate with a passion for content creation, branding, and storytelling. The ideal candidate is outgoing, confident, and comfortable engaging with people, both in person and on camera.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the brand’s marketing and sales efforts by crafting persuasive content, building networks, and visually representing the company across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging content for digital and offline platforms (social media, website, sales presentations, etc.)

• Conduct basic market research to inform content and script development

• Design visually compelling presentations to support sales and marketing efforts

• Assist with scripting for videos, interviews, and product promotions

• Participate in video content creation and brand storytelling

• Represent the brand in person and online to generate leads and build relationships

• Support the sales team with content that drives customer engagement and conversions

• Be available for events, shoots, and urgent content requirements outside of regular hours

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Fresh graduate with a degree in Marketing, Media, Communication, Business, or related field

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)

• Confident, outgoing, and comfortable speaking to people or appearing on camera

• Basic experience in content writing, presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva), and video creation

• Passion for branding, sales, and visual storytelling

• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Preferred (Not Required):

• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Express)

• Basic video editing (CapCut, iMovie, or similar tools)

• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and current social media trends

• Knowledge of CRM tools or lead-tracking platforms
