Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Creative Art Director to lead and innovate within a prestigious retail group in Dubai, renowned across the GCC for its elegant and trend-setting women’s fashion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Fashion Design team to conceptualize seasonal themes, mood boards, and brand inspirations.

• Oversee the entire design process, from initial concept to final styling, ensuring creative excellence.

• Develop a well-curated collection of 30-50 options aligned with the agreed color palette, mood board, and fabric selection.

• Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to the design team, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.

Requirements:

• Age: 38 years or below

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the fashion industry

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Visual Design, or a related field

• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma

• Strong leadership skills with a compelling design portfolio

Salary:
Up to 20,000 AED per month (all-inclusive, based on experience and qualifications).
