Course Consultant – Ed Tech Sales

Position Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and target-driven Course Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2C and B2B educational sales and a proven track record of exceeding targets. If you’re a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of online education programs via phone, WhatsApp, and email.

  • Manage the entire sales cycle—from initial inquiry to closing—ensuring high conversion rates.

  • Understand customer needs and deliver tailored course recommendations.

  • Achieve monthly sales targets across both B2B and B2C segments.

  • Build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients.

  • Maintain detailed records of leads, interactions, and progress in CRM systems.

  • Provide timely and professional follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

  • Gather and relay client feedback to improve service and product offerings.

  • Represent the brand with enthusiasm and professionalism at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Arts, Business, or related field).

  • 3–4 years of experience in educational or EdTech sales (B2B/B2C).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

  • Target-oriented with excellent negotiation and closing skills.

  • Previous experience in banking or high-pressure sales is a plus.

  • Must be based in the UAE with a valid visa.
