We are hiring a seasoned Country Sales Manager to drive commercial excellence and lead our UAE sales operations. This pivotal role requires a strategic leader with a deep understanding of the freight forwarding and logistics sector, proven team leadership, and a strong client network.

As part of NMT Group, a global logistics leader with offices in Europe, the USA, and Asia, you will contribute directly to business expansion, revenue growth, and market leadership across the UAE.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue goals across the UAE.

  • Lead, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.

  • Develop long-term relationships with clients, securing major deals in freight forwarding and logistics.

  • Monitor and analyze UAE market trends to inform sales strategies.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, customer service, and marketing teams.

  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to executive leadership.

  • Represent the company at industry events and client meetings across the region.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred).

  • 15+ years of sales experience in logistics/freight forwarding, including 5+ years in a leadership role.

  • Deep understanding of UAE market dynamics in the logistics sector.

  • Proven ability to develop client pipelines, close complex B2B deals, and lead top-tier sales teams.

  • Strong negotiation, leadership, and presentation skills.

  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an added advantage.

  • Willingness to travel across the GCC region as needed.
