Position Title: Country Director
Employment Type: Full-Time
Monthly Salary: Up to AED 35,000 all-inclusive, based on experience and qualifications + Performance Bonus

Our Client:
A prestigious fashion brand headquartered in Dubai, renowned for its sophisticated women’s fashion collections and expanding global presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic planning and execution of country-level initiatives aligned with global objectives.

• Drive business expansion in the UAE retail market, including new store openings, digital commerce, and strategic alliances.

• Supervise localized marketing initiatives, customer engagement strategies, and seasonal promotions tailored to regional consumers.

• Manage the UAE operations’ P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.

Candidate Profile:

• Arabic male nationals preferred; maximum age 45.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related discipline; MBA is an advantage.

• At least 10 years of retail management experience, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role within the UAE or GCC market.

• Demonstrated success in accelerating business growth, improving profitability, and leading high-performing teams.
