Key Responsibilities:

📌 Market Expansion & Sales Leadership:

• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth in the UAE.

• Build and lead a high-performing sales team, ensuring alignment with global business objectives.

• Manage anchor partnerships and establish strong relationships with enterprise clients, consulting firms, and government entities.

📌 Client & Partner Management:

• Drive business development by identifying and pursuing new opportunities.

• Lead high-value negotiations and closing enterprise deals.

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring long-term success and retention.

📌 Cross-functional Collaboration & Representation:

• Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to enhance AI solutions adoption.

• Represent Cohere at industry events, networking forums, and governmental meetings.

• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications & Experience:

✔ 15+ years of experience in technology sales, business development, and go-to-market leadership in the UAE.
✔ Proven track record in enterprise consultative sales, strategic partnerships, and resource allocation.
✔ Strong network of senior-level industry contacts and experience working with consulting firms, system integrators, and large enterprises.
✔ Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset.
✔ Experience in AI, cloud computing, or related industries is a plus.
