Job Title: Country Manager

Job Description:

• Develop and execute country-specific strategies aligned with global business objectives.

• Identify and capitalize on retail market growth opportunities in the UAE, including new store openings, strategic partnerships, and e-commerce expansion.

• Oversee localized marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and customer relationship management initiatives tailored to the UAE market.

• Manage the UAE profit & loss statement, oversee budget planning, and implement effective cost control measures.

• Lead, motivate, and manage cross-functional teams to achieve high performance and business growth.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in retail management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the UAE or GCC region.

• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, profitability, and team leadership.
