Job Title: Cost Accountant – Financial Analysis & Inventory Management

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Cost Accountant to manage all financial-related functions, ensure budget compliance, and optimize costing processes. The ideal candidate will handle invoice processing, inventory tracking, and financial reporting while ensuring operational efficiency within the department.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Financial Oversight: Ensure all financial operations align with corporate objectives and budget constraints.
🔹 Invoice & Inventory Management: Receive, verify, and process invoices, Goods Receipt Vouchers (GRN), Stock Issue Vouchers (SIV), Stock Return Vouchers, and Delivery Orders.
🔹 Data Management: Maintain accurate supplier and order records, create data sheets, and update stock, project, and work order reports.
🔹 Costing & Analysis: Prepare and verify GRN costing, ensuring costs align with invoices, purchase orders, and material requests.
🔹 Stock & Audit Control: Conduct annual and random stock counts and provide management with accurate inventory reports.
🔹 Reporting & Compliance: Prepare financial reports as per management requirements and ensure all approvals and authorizations are in place.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✔ Proven experience as a Cost Accountant or similar role.
✔ Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
✔ Experience with accounting software and financial reporting tools.
✔ Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail.
✔ Excellent time management and organizational skills.
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred).
