InsuranceMarket.ae™ is hiring a Corporate & Student Client Manager to lead post-sales relationships within their Global Benefits Practice. This on-site, full-time role in Dubai focuses on implementing and managing International Private Medical Insurance (IPMI) solutions for corporate and student clients. You’ll play a vital role in client retention, satisfaction, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Client Implementation & Relationship Management

• Lead the onboarding and implementation of IPMI solutions post-sale.

• Act as the main point of contact, resolving queries and ensuring high client satisfaction.

• Foster long-term client relationships to boost retention and service quality.

✅ Account Development & Service Improvement

• Identify renewal, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities to enhance account value.

• Monitor client feedback, track performance, and contribute to continuous service improvements.

• Collaborate with internal teams to overcome implementation challenges and optimize delivery.

✅ Reporting & Data Management

• Maintain accurate client records and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

• Monitor key account metrics aligned with retention and satisfaction KPIs.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in client management within IPMI or global benefits.

• Proven track record in post-sales management and complex service implementation.

• Strong network with UAE-based insurers.

• In-depth knowledge of international health insurance for corporate and student segments.

• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
