Objectives of the Role:

  • Represent our wide range of customized and promotional gift solutions, using a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends.

  • Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets by implementing successful sales and marketing strategies.

  • Proactively generate new leads and build lasting client relationships.

  • Utilize data-driven insights to adjust sales techniques and improve outcomes in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities.

  • Identify and qualify prospects, schedule appointments, and manage the full sales cycle from lead to close.

  • Deliver impactful product presentations and demos, addressing client objections and positioning value.

  • Prepare professional sales reports, proposals, and presentations for executive decision-makers.

  • Assess client needs and follow a structured sales process to close deals efficiently and ethically.

  • Collaborate with fellow sales team members to align on strategy and achieve team goals.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of sales experience, ideally in the corporate gifting, promotional items, or B2B sales sector.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales management software.

  • A persuasive, goal-oriented approach balanced with professionalism and integrity.
