Position Overview:
NPPF Dubai is looking for an experienced Corporate Event Planner to manage the planning and execution of corporate events. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in event coordination or strategic project management and will be responsible for overseeing all facets of event planning and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and manage all aspects of corporate events, ensuring timely and smooth execution.

• Collaborate with clients to understand event objectives and ensure satisfaction.

• Organize venues and manage event logistics including decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, guest lists, equipment, and promotional materials.

• Ensure all events comply with legal, insurance, health, and safety regulations.

• Define and coordinate staffing needs for each event.

• Work closely with the marketing and PR teams to promote events.

• Conduct market research to identify new event opportunities and generate engagement.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in corporate event planning, project coordination, or strategic management.

• Strong knowledge of event industry trends and strategic development practices.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: AED 6,500 – AED 8,000
