KitchenPark is looking for a Corporate Development Analyst to join its Global Corporate Development team. This role involves supporting strategic corporate projects such as M&A, fundraising, and strategic partnerships. The analyst will work closely with senior executives, leveraging financial modeling, data analysis, and presentation skills to support key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

📊 Financial Analysis & Modeling

• Build and refine financial models to support decision-making.

• Analyze internal and external data to create compelling business insights.

📑 Presentation & Communication

• Develop world-class presentation materials for senior executives and external stakeholders.

• Clearly communicate and defend financial analyses and strategic recommendations.

🔍 Due Diligence & Deal Structuring

• Assist in structuring and managing due diligence for ongoing transactions.

• Support the execution of M&A, fundraising, and strategic partnership deals.

Required Qualifications:

✔ Technical & Analytical Skills:

• SQL proficiency – ability to adjust queries, extract, and manipulate data.

• Strong financial modeling expertise.

• Excellent logical and analytical skills.

✔ Communication & Presentation:

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

• Ability to build structured, compelling presentations.

• Strong communication skills with senior executives.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Arabic (spoken and written) is a plus.
