SmartStay (BNB IN DUBAI) is a fast-growing membership-based community supporting Airbnb hosts and rental entrepreneurs in scaling their businesses. We are seeking a Copywriter & Funnel Specialist to own our conversion engine, writing persuasive copy, building high-converting funnels, and implementing automations that turn leads into paying customers for our courses and community programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write and optimize emails, landing pages, sales pages, and checkout flows.

• Build and manage end-to-end conversion funnels using Systeme.io.

• Set up and manage automations in Systeme.io, ManyChat, and Zapier for lead capture, nurture, and sales.

• Continuously test and refine funnel performance (A/B testing headlines, CTAs, email sequences).

• Develop and optimize lead-generation flows (e.g., Instagram → ManyChat → Free Training → Offer).

• Collaborate with the Content Manager to ensure consistent messaging across funnels, email, and social media.

• Monitor funnel analytics and implement improvements to increase conversion rates.

• Write ad copy variations to support paid campaigns.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience in info-product/course business marketing with demonstrable results.

• Expert-level direct-response copywriting skills (sales pages, email sequences, nurture funnels).

• Tech-savvy, capable of setting up and optimizing automations in Systeme.io, ManyChat, Zapier.

• Data-driven with strong analytical skills for funnel optimization.

• Organized, proactive, and able to manage projects independently.

• Strong portfolio showing conversion-focused work.

• Open to remote or Dubai-based candidates.
