Coordinator, Key Client Services (UAEN)
Daman - National Health Insurance Company Sharjah , UAE

Daman is seeking a dynamic Coordinator, Key Client Services to deliver exceptional customer service at client premises, manage end-to-end policy processes, and ensure operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will handle various insurance products, engage in client interactions, and coordinate internally for seamless support.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver superior customer service at client locations

  • Promote and process individual Top-Up policies (Thiqa, Sahtak)

  • Monitor and manage TAT for requests and applications

  • Coordinate with internal departments (Underwriting, Claims, Finance, etc.)

  • Prepare periodic business reports for key clients

  • Collect and analyze customer satisfaction feedback

  • Handle end-to-end policy lifecycle including enrollment, endorsements, invoicing, and deliverables

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines

  • Handle customer inquiries through phone/email and resolve issues effectively

  • Log and follow up on complaints and ensure timely resolution


Minimum Requirements:

  • UAE National (mandatory)

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

  • Minimum 6 months of front-office or customer-facing experience

  • Insurance industry experience is a plus

  • English proficiency; Arabic is an advantage

  • English language certification or UAE driving license is a plus

  • Problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making ability

  • High accountability and productivity focus

  • Adaptable to different work locations/functions in the UAE

  • Team player with strong collaboration skills

  • Knowledge of UAE health insurance concepts and Daman’s regulatory role

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet performance KPIs

  • Good command of internal systems, workflows, and documentation standards
