The National Insurance Company – Daman, a leading provider of health insurance solutions in the UAE, is seeking a Coordinator, Human Resources (UAEN) to join its Abu Dhabi office. This role is designed for fresh graduates (Family B) who are passionate about building a career in Human Resources while learning from a supportive and professional HR team.
Key Responsibilities:

Collect, organize, and verify HR documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Maintain employee records and update HR databases in line with company policies.

Coordinate leave management, attendance tracking, and HR documentation.

Support payroll preparation and benefits administration.
-
Provide guidance and answer HR-related employee queries.

Assist in organizing training programs, employee engagement events, and wellness activities.

Ensure accuracy of HR data to minimize risks and errors.

Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.
Skills & Qualifications Required:

Must be UAEN (Family B).

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (minimum GPA of 2.8).

Fresh graduate (no prior work experience required).

Strong attention to detail, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Good communication abilities with eagerness to learn HR operations.
