flydubai is seeking a Coordinator – Flight Crew Relations to support daily crew operations, welfare, and performance monitoring. This role ensures smooth administrative management, crew engagement, and compliance with company and regulatory standards. The successful candidate will contribute to enhancing crew satisfaction, operational efficiency, and overall team effectiveness.
Responsibilities:

Monitor flight crew performance and address operational issues promptly.

Manage emergency leave, welfare cases, and support long-term sickness tracking.

Maintain accurate crew records and documentation in compliance with standards.

Assist with uniform procurement and distribution.
-
Represent the Flight Crew Relations team in resolving concerns and conflicts.

Support engagement and recognition initiatives to foster motivation and loyalty.

Prepare reports on crew-related expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Handle administrative tasks to ensure operational continuity.

Promote adherence to company policies and crew satisfaction across all activities.
Skills & Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree (3+ years).
-
0–2 years of experience with degree or 2–4 years without degree in administration, customer service, or flight operations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.

Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
-
Resilience, flexibility, and problem-solving mindset.
-
Fluency in English (additional languages an advantage).
-
UAE Driver’s License is a plus.
