The role involves managing customer transactions, ensuring accuracy in cash handling, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Process customer transactions, including payments and issuing receipts.

• Verify and adjust discrepancies in transactions and maintain balanced cash registers.

• Assist customers with inquiries and provide exceptional service.

• Maintain cleanliness and order in the front area.

• Support team members as needed in daily operational tasks.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in cash handling and balancing cash registers.

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in processing payments.

• Basic math skills and familiarity with payment processing systems.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred.

• Previous retail or similar experience is a plus.
