Transguard Group, a leading business support and outsourcing provider in the UAE with over 50,000 employees, is hiring a Coordinator – Facilities Management Soft Services for its Integrated Facilities Services team at its headquarters in Dubai Airport Free Zone (DAFZA). This is a full-time, on-site role focused on supporting the Operations and Account Managers in delivering high-quality Soft Services, primarily cleaning operations, across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing cleaning teams, handling client interactions, maintaining operational records, and driving customer satisfaction through efficient service coordination. This role plays a vital part in maintaining hygiene standards and ensuring service excellence across all contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and quality deployment of soft services as per contractual requirements

• Coordinate with stakeholders for new contract mobilizations and ongoing operations

• Address client escalations and operational challenges proactively

• Conduct regular cleaning audits to ensure compliance and service standards

• Maintain accurate records including disciplinary actions, incident reports, and leave management

• Utilize CAFM systems effectively for reporting and tracking operations

• Ensure all invoice-related data and client approvals are submitted on time

• Develop customized cleaning solutions and improve service efficiency through new technologies

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within Facilities Management

• BICS or equivalent cleaning certification

• Strong English communication and writing skills

• Valid UAE driving license

• Proficient in computer-based reporting systems

• In-depth knowledge of cleaning operations, equipment, and chemicals
