DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is hiring a Coordinator – Admin & Security to oversee the safety and security of company premises. The role involves monitoring access, patrolling the property, reporting security breaches, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Security & Safety Monitoring: Ensure the security of premises, personnel, and visitors by patrolling and monitoring surveillance systems.
🔹 Access Control: Oversee entry and exit of trucks, vehicles, goods, and individuals.
🔹 Incident Management: Investigate and report security breaches, incidents, and suspicious activities.
🔹 Traffic Control: Direct vehicles and drivers on company premises.
🔹 Compliance & Reporting: Enforce company policies, report violations, and suggest security improvements.
🔹 Emergency Response: Contact authorities in case of accidents or crimes.
🔹 Administrative Tasks: Maintain security logs, surveillance reports, and records of unusual activities.
🔹 Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor to meet business needs.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: High school diploma or relevant certification in security administration preferred.
Experience: Prior experience in security, administration, or logistics coordination is a plus.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with surveillance systems, security protocols, and access control.
Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Physical Ability: Capability to perform patrolling and monitoring duties as required.
