Job Description:
We are urgently seeking an experienced Cook specializing in Pakistani cuisine to join our team in Jebel Ali, Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in preparing authentic Pakistani dishes, particularly biryani and pulao, with a commitment to high food safety standards. This is a full-time role offering free food, accommodation, visa sponsorship, and medical insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Pakistani dishes, with a focus on biryani, pulao, and other authentic meals.

• Follow recipes and maintain consistency in taste and presentation.

• Ensure all food is prepared in a hygienic and safe manner, adhering to food safety standards.

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

• Work efficiently and professionally, adjusting to different shift schedules as required.

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in cooking, with a focus on Pakistani cuisine.

• Expertise in preparing biryani, pulao, and other traditional Pakistani meals.

• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

• Dependable, professional, and flexible with work hours.

• Pakistani nationality is preferred, but strong expertise in authentic Pakistani cuisine will be considered.

• Available for an in-person interview in the UAE.
