This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, offering a dynamic and rewarding opportunity in a world-class hospitality environment.

As a Cook II, you will play a key role in preparing high-quality food that delights guests and upholds the culinary standards of Marriott. This position is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about the culinary arts, eager to learn, and thrives in a collaborative kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare fresh ingredients and cook them according to recipes or menus

• Cook food and present dishes to high quality standards within established timeframes

• Taste dishes to verify preparation and temperature accuracy

• Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly

• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of food prep areas and storage containers

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• At least 1 year of relevant kitchen or culinary experience preferred

• Excellent teamwork and attention to detail

• Positive attitude and outgoing personality

• Physical ability to lift/move items up to 11 kg, stand for long periods, and maintain professional grooming in a clean uniform

• No supervisory experience or certification required

• Completion of food safety training prior to joining is mandatory
