Indoguna Productions FZCO is looking for a Convenience Line Employee (Asian Food) to join its team in Dubai. The role involves maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation of kitchen and food preparation areas in compliance with HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC, and BRC standards. The ideal candidate will ensure that food safety protocols are strictly followed, equipment is properly sanitized, and kitchen staff are supported with clean tools and utensils.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and sanitation duties as directed, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.

• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces according to company protocols.

• Operate dishwashing machines and handle cleaning chemicals safely.

• Dispose of kitchen waste and recyclables in compliance with hygiene standards.

• Maintain cleanliness in stewarding areas including storage rooms and waste areas.

• Organize and provide clean equipment to support kitchen production.

• Report maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions promptly.

• Follow personal hygiene and safety guidelines at all times.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent vocational training.

• 1–2 years of experience in stewarding or kitchen cleaning, preferably in food production or hospitality.

• Strong English communication skills for clear understanding of sanitation procedures.

• Approved/recognized Food Handling or Sanitation Certificate.
