Job Description:
Securitas is seeking a Control Room Officer in Dubai to join its professional on-site security team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for monitoring security systems, dispatching officers as needed, and maintaining accurate patrol logs to ensure a safe environment. This part-time opportunity is ideal for individuals with strong attention to detail and a sense of responsibility in security monitoring operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems to ensure site security.

• Dispatch officers to investigate any alarms or disturbances.

• Log daily patrol activity and handle gate access concerns.

• Provide prompt communication during incidents to maintain safety protocols.

• Enforce company policies and maintain a high level of vigilance at all times.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in security or supervision.

• Strong computer skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

• Must be a U.S. citizen.

• Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check.

• Must agree to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

• Ability to remain calm under pressure and act decisively.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.

• Capability to climb stairs and walk on uneven terrain as required.

• Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs frequently, and up to 25 lbs occasionally.
