This role involves contract development, risk mitigation, pricing strategy, and financial analysis to optimize revenue and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage contract lifecycle – from proposal to execution.
✅ Identify and mitigate risks in contracts and pricing structures.
✅ Develop pricing models and templates for technology solutions.
✅ Conduct financial analysis to evaluate cost and revenue drivers.
✅ Ensure contract compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
✅ Maintain documentation for auditing and reporting purposes.

🔹 Qualifications & Skills:
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s or higher degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
📊 Experience: Minimum 5+ years in pricing models, contract reviews, tendering, and bidding (RFI/RFP).
💼 Industry Background: Preferably in heavy industry or technology.
🔍 Skills: Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, negotiation, and communication abilities.
📑 Knowledge: Legal compliance, financial modeling, and risk assessment.
