AtkinsRéalis, a world-class engineering and nuclear services company with a legacy dating back to 1911, is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager for a GCC rail project in Dubai. The role involves overseeing contract administration during the construction phase, ensuring compliance with legal, financial, and corporate protocols, managing negotiations, mitigating risks, and supporting the construction supervision team. Candidates should have 15–20 years of relevant experience, preferably in infrastructure or rail projects, with strong knowledge of contract law, industry standards, and FIDIC contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer all project-related contracts in compliance with company and legal standards.

• Lead negotiations for complex contractual issues with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.

• Identify and mitigate contractual risks; provide strategic advice.

• Prepare progress reports highlighting contractual risks and opportunities.

• Collaborate with the Claims Manager for effective claims handling.

• Provide technical data to the Contract Administration Senior Manager.

• Conduct contractual progress meetings and presentations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

• Professional certification such as CPCM or equivalent is desirable.

• Minimum 15–20 years’ experience in contract management (rail/infrastructure preferred).

• Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

• In-depth knowledge of contract law and FIDIC contracts.

• Project management experience with ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines.
